All diecast models sold on this website are collector’s items intended for ages 14 and over. These items are not toys and are not suitable for children. They may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard.

2. Liability
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:
– Our models are for display and collection purposes only, not for play.
– You confirm you are at least 14 years old, or purchasing for someone who is.
– Wheels In Motion Derby Ltd is not liable for any injuries, damage, or misuse resulting from improper handling or use of the products.

3. Returns & Refunds
– You may return unopened items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
– Opened items are non-refundable, due to the collectible nature of our products.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

4. UK Sales Only
We ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not process or fulfil orders outside of the UK.
